for individuals
Just call the special access number 0 825 826 187 (0.15 euros including tax/minute from a French land line) to find out how to proceed to obtain the exchange or repair of the machine.
For 123 Spresso machines purchased after November 19th 2005, we offer a 2-year guarantee and the possibility of an on-site exchange within 48 hours :
- with a new machine if your machine was purchased less than 3 months previously,
- with a reconditioned machine (= as new) if the machine was purchased more than 3 months previously.
- For 123 Spresso machines purchased before November 19th 2005, you can exchange these for reconditioned machines (= as new) for 39 Euros including tax.
In all cases, you will be asked for proof of purchase.
