The coffee itself has been traditionally roasted for twenty minutes, which is the only way to develop the full range of flavours in quality coffee.

 

Each pod contains exactly seven grams of pressed coffee grains to produce a constant level of quality expressos.

 

Malongo pods are wrapped in natural filter paper, without whitener or glue; this preserves the authentic flavours of the brew. They are vacuum-wrapped immediately after being roasted, so they are always fresh and the flavours are perfectly preserved.
